These terms govern your use of the Heirloom & Co. website and the keepsakes we create. By placing an order, you agree to them.

What we make

We create made-to-order audio keepsakes — soundwave art, audio guestbooks, pet memorials, and similar — delivered as digital / printable files. Each is generated from the audio and details you provide. Frames, mats, stands, and styling props shown in our images are for display only and are not included unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.

Ordering & payment

Purchases are made through our Etsy shop, where payment, buyer protection, and checkout are handled by Etsy under Etsy's Terms of Use. Prices and product details on Etsy are authoritative.

Your content & rights

• You confirm that you have the right to use and share any audio, image, or text you send us for your keepsake.
• You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to produce, host, and support your keepsake.
• You retain ownership of your original recordings and photos.

Acceptable use

Please don't ask us to create keepsakes from content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use. We may decline or cancel any order that does.

Proofs & production

For most keepsakes we send a digital proof for your approval before finalizing. Production timelines are shown on the relevant Etsy listing.

QR hosting

For keepsakes that include a QR code, we host the linked audio so it can be played back when scanned. We aim to keep this available reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and we may migrate hosting over time. You can request changes or removal at any point.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
